Many of our team members have been with Ann Slade for many years, fostering the close-knit family atmosphere that both residents and their families appreciate.

Alisha – Manager
Alisha is the Home Manager at Ann Slade Care Home and is passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment. Born and raised right here in Southport, Alisha has been part of the Ann Slade family for over 8 years. She began her career with us as a Care Assistant, later progressing to Senior Carer, and now leads our dedicated care home staff with warmth, dedication, and professionalism as Care Manager. Alisha has successfully completed her NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care and is now working towards her Level 5 qualification. With a nursing background, she brings both clinical insight and compassionate leadership to her role, ensuring our residents continue to receive the highest standards of care.
Sian – Deputy Manager
Sian is the Deputy Manager at Ann Slade Care Home and has been a valued member of the Ann Slade family for an incredible 14 years, showing unwavering dedication, compassion, and commitment to our residents every single day. She is committed to delivering compassionate care and building strong relationships with residents and families, helping to create the friendly and welcoming atmosphere that Ann Slade is known for.
Families are always encouraged to speak with our staff, ask questions, and remain actively involved in the life of the home. We believe the best care comes from working together in partnership with residents and their loved ones.

Our Cook
Carla, our dedicated cook at Ann Slade Care Home, plays an important role in making residents feel at home by preparing fresh, nutritious, and home-cooked meals each day. These meals are carefully planned around residents’ preferences and dietary needs, emphasizing comfort, quality, and enjoyable dining experiences.
From traditional favorites to homemade cakes and treats, our dedicated care home staff, including Carla, take pride in providing food that brings comfort, enjoyment, and a sense of familiarity to daily life at Ann Slade. Her homemade birthday cakes are not only delicious but also healthier!

Stuart is our Maintenance Manager at Ann Slade Care Home and plays an important role in ensuring it remains a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home for all residents. He works hard behind the scenes to maintain the home and gardens to a high standard, contributing to the warm and homely environment that residents and their families or friends enjoy.
As part of our dedicated care home staff, Stuart is always friendly and approachable, making him well-known around the home. He is often on hand to assist residents with practical tasks, home repairs, and keeping outdoor spaces looking beautiful for everyone to enjoy, embodying our commitment to person-centred care.
Our Housekeeping
Kyle is a valued member of the Ann Slade Care Home team and plays an important role in keeping the home clean, fresh, safe, and welcoming for residents, families, and visitors. He takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the home, helping to ensure that residents can enjoy a comfortable and hygienic environment every day.
